This is actually really good. I think it captures a feeling of insanity that's pretty raw and real. And trying to pull yourself out of it.

contrary to what everyone says in the comments, they do keep perfect rhythm. and even the chords are excellently layed out, but they disguise the sturdy backbone of this song with the shrieking and seemingly random noises. its an excellent song, but musically it still adheres to most common music theories with chord progression, cadences, and tempo. nothing bad to say about the song, but its not chaos, just musical genious.
