Yes, you talk too much. I could have done the same video (with the same products) in under 3 minutes. Yes, your eyelashes look really clumpy. But you're not ugly, the lighting in this video looks good, you have a good camera and your voice isn't annoying. So, if you want more viewers, try to keep your videos short and to the point and if you want, stick in bloopers at the end. Also, NEVER APOLOGISE AT THE BEGINNING OF A VIDEO. Like "I'm sorry about the lighting," etc. It's super annoying.
