My Sister Dawn, My Brother-In-Law Craig, and my two nieces, Bethany and Morgan moved out to Canada, Alberta not so long ago.
It's been the toughest few weeks of my life, and I have never been more depressed. They moved because my Brother-In-Law could not get work anymore due to the number of immigrants coming into this country. They moved to Canada, where he is valued a lot more and a lot happier to.
I have gone from seeing them all once a week or more, to once or twice a year in an instant, and it broke my heart. My sister has always been in my life and I have always looked up to her, and I continue to do so.
It was a difficult move for them, and even though it broke my heart to see them go, I knew I had to let them.
I love them all, and I can't wait to see them next year. This Christmas is going to be the toughest ever, as it is the first Christmas without them here.
Hopefully when they become resident, I will be able to go out there for a year to live with them and work.
