i like Rebecca she is a good actress the first time i saw her in x-men and mystique is my favorite female mutant because it would be fun to be other people. i love Conan 2. im a girl

@SpaceOddity I think overtime people like Selma Hayek and Kate Beckensale became Conan's new favorites. And eventually, he forgot about Rebecca.

However, I love the fact that once Selma Hayek, Kate Beckensale, and Sophia Bush started appearing on the show, that Conan's crush for Rebecca just went away, and there was new crushes. And when he got married to his beautiful wife, there was no trace of her whatsoever. It is clear that Rebecca's handlers got to her. They changed a once fun gal in 97, to a stuck up bitch in 98.

I think he had a real crush on her. After watching Conan do interviews for a long time, you can tell when he doesn't really mean it when he "flirts" with actresses. In his interviews with her, though, he really did seem disappointed about her engagement. He dropped a lot of pretty heavy hints about their chemistry and how much he really liked her. It's actually kind of sweet. ;-) His mock yelling of "STAMOS!!!!" into the mic became kind of a recurring bit on the show.
