  • i use the same technique for aquaponics...just a T...a few things...u dont need alot of water for the constant drip..2) with airlift the rule is 2 times the lift of the depth..ie if your tube is down 1ft deep u can pump to 3ft max, however the smaller the tubing the higher the lift as the water weighs less.also u got back feed(bubble out bottom) when the pressure of water in the vert tube exceeded ur air pressure so it pushes the air down,..peace ..ill post mine soon..

  • Adrian that was real helpful - thanks! I'm slowly assembling bit and pieces to make my first system - don't have any experience with hydroponics or anything but I'm pretty keen and have a knack for making things work so it should work out :)
