Lets see the Occupy crowd just snatch up one of those cops and haul him into the centre, lay the boots down on them. Show them that if they want to violate your freedoms they are gonna take a hit or two doing it. I was half expecting to see the random bottle come flying at the cops from the crowd. @yourboycal So you're applying the "he did it too" logic that kids come up with to justify when they have done something wrong?
The difference is that the cops are paid NOT to abuse the public but "To Protect and Serve". Remember when that used to be painted on the side of all the patrol cars? They are sworn to uphold the Constitution, not make decisions on who they will let have rights and who they will beat.
This is wrong, pure and simple, and by rules of law, it is illegal.
