  • @modzPwn33 if u have no biceps then the ball is heavy

  • pitching has 0 to do with biceps

  • alls he's saying is you need to get strong all over cuz if you only work out your triceps and dont work any other mucle in your arm your tricep is gonna do too much work

  • also ur palm doesn't have to be up to use your bicep

  • u still have to train it. if ur tricep is stronger than ur bicep ull end up like zinger maybe

  • Do a bicep curl, thats a movement with your bicep. Do a throwing motion right now, your bicep is not in use. You also proved my point because the elbow also is never moved in that way...

  • any time you're flexing your elbow you are using your bicep. im pretty sure you don't keep your elbow extended constantly on the diamond...

  • you should use every bit of your body to propel the ball out of your hand

    dont worry about percents

  • dont listen to this guy... he was right about the core.. but biceps? no. pitching is about 90% legs.

  • so if i dont have toenails i cant trow at 90mph???
