No, no, no dipshit. You indicate who you are talking to FIRST, then identify yourself. THAT is the proper QSO protocol.

@ralfytm First of, do the test and get a callsign. Meanwhile buy or borrow a receiver to listen to ham-traffic. When you get your callsign buy a cheap RX/TX, 1980's icom or so... and cq away!
