Not yet. We're expecting one, but there's no info on it. There is a Silent Hill:0rigins coming out for PSP sooner or later, though.

The big white thing is Walter's true body. Notice how Walter's body was gone from the inside of Henry's wall when you jumped down that hole? That's because Walter took it down there, and somehow it became that big...thing. No idea how. It also said that you had to destroy the Conjurer's true body with 8 things (don't remember what the memo said exactly), and you stab the big fleshy white thing with 8 spears. :\

the game only has 4 endings, it depends on the percentage in the house possesion that you exorcise by using the candle and plus eileen's fate

Nope, the monster is the "Conjurer's true body." The Conjurer is Walter, thus we can conclude that his body became that... masticated... thing. The devil isn't supposed to show up until after all the sacraments are gone.
