man when i played this for the first time i was just a kid. and i didnt know what to do in the beginning. thus leads to the final hours and i cried and screamed at the soldiers at the gate: LET ME THROUGH!

This song playing in Clock Town, along with the bell slowly tolling and the earth shaking in the night, the townsfolk having vacated the streets, creates probably one of the most intense and climactic moments in video game history...
