Most Manitobans are aware of stubble burning - the controversial practice where farmers burn the stubble off their fields in the fall after harvest. Now in spring, many farmers are taking up a new practice: snow burning. They are literally burning the snow from their fields! They say it's good farm practice, but environmentalists are worried about the impact.
Ryszard Hunka investigates this new controversial practice. (First aired April 1, 2008).
