  • what type of screen?

  • @mwlyth resistive

  • @tabletstoreuk how responsive is the screen. My experience of a resistive is slightly negative

  • @mwlyth it's fine with a finger and a gentle touch. Resistive screens used to be made specifically to work best with a stylus and not so good with a finger. Now they are made for good sensitivity to both. It's based on how many sensors are in the layers.

  • cool thing

  • @Se7enex ...the ipad offers scaled down version of Mac programs for word processing and spreadsheets. From a Mac you could then produce documents compatible with other office software. Even android does better than that - Android has office suite software that can read/write native MS office files for Word/Excel. But this is a PC, you can install MS office, or any software in the world you like. Full 100% viewing and editing capability.

  • @QUAY1E ...it's great for internet, 10" screen, capacitive multi-touch, 100% support of latest flash and any other plugin imaginable and choice of browser! Even if you don't like internet explorer there are still websites that only work with it.

  • @Se7enex ....of course, there is standard USB ports and hardware support is exactly the same as any other 32-bit Windows 7 PC.

  • @QUAY1E Does the Ipad offer programs like windows word, flash on internet, or generally any pc app? didnt think so.
