I add to this that prophet muhammed (pbuh) said in sahih al bukhari :

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr: The Prophet said, "Whoever killed a person having a treaty with the Muslims, shall not smell the smell of Paradise though its smell is perceived from a distance of forty years." Book #53, Hadith #391

And these tourists and visitors once given the permission to enter our lands are included in the hadith as this is a treaty. And when a muslim travels to non muslim countries it is also a treaty.

Allah bless you abu hamza. The killer should be executed. But visitors and tourists from Germany or any country to our islamic countries are most welcomed.
