@moewishaw calm down, they are only small prawns, which benefit more from steaming than grilling, and if you noticed, he was stir frying with the word 'stirring' in it.

why are you piling them ontop of each other? when u spread them out evenly they COOK evenly, its common sense. the way your doing it, i dont think they are cooked evenly. very strange method.

@moewishaw They were all cooked well. They are being steamed not grilled. This method cooks the meat not the shell.
