Muchas gracias, splandigo, por los dos vídeos sobre Mankell y Wallander.
Se habla aquí de un hecho muy negativo en la trayectoria de Wallander: se trata de un acoso sexual, estando borracho, a una fiscal (no a un abogado) por lo que inmediatamente se disculpa.

I thought that Wallander was pronounced with the stress on the first syllable, and liked it that way, but I saw that the Swedish barwoman said Wallánder.
I love that character so much. He does seem to be alive.
Apart from an unacceptable detail that I found on one of his books, he seems like a magnificent flawed hero.
I like Mankell's Wallander novels better than any other crime novels. I am a struggling writer and I agree with Mankell. Even here in YouTube, we want as many views as possible
