Aiglx + Beryl #2

Playing around with Beryl (Ubuntu 6.10, Beryl 0.1.2). Nvidia 6600GT + Athlon 64 3000+ @ 2.5 GHz. Playing two Videos (720x576 Mpeg2) at the same time and Videocapture using XVidCap (DivX coding)

Kickass desktop, I can't wait to get Linux for the new computer that I'm building. BTW what movie is that, the one set in medieval times with Til Schweiger.

I captured the Screen with xvidcap, codec was DivX, downscaled in Realtime from 1280x960 to 320x240

This is only for Linux. So you have to install a Linux-Distribution of your choice. I chose Ubuntu 6.10, because it's userfrendly and comes with Xorg 7.1, which is a condition (beside Xgl) to get Beryl to work.

Every Linux works with Beryl. But you have to install Xgl or Xorg 7.1 (included in ubuntu 6.10).

ubuntu IS a linux-distribution. yes, this is for linux.
