In this scene Daniel is fed up with Mr. Miyagi ordering him to "wax on" and "wax off", sanding the floor, painting the fence and the house when he is supposed to be learning Karate. Migayi shows Daniel the connections who has a "lightbulb" moment.

Karate training is not only with the body, is with the soul and spirit (KI). In karate the word Ossu (oshi - shinobu) --we said OSS-- explain all that Miyagi do in Daniels training. OSHI means: the important of the effort and the importance of the spirit in combat. SHINOBU express resistance to the pain.
