Horrible form, other than that you're right, except well-developed abdominal muscles aint worth much if your lowerback is bad, it may even worsen the issue. The woman in this video is an idiot for doing smith-squats with a shitty form because her "lowerback is bad". She is very sexy though.

Perfect form I just have 2 things I want to mention. Watch the head moving forwards through out the squats; you don't want your nervous system to get used to replicating that movement because you will develop bad posture if that happens. Also doing squats on the smith machine is hard on the lumbar spine so I think that espescially is something to be wary of as it can put pressure on the whole nervous system through the vertebrae. With your abdmonial development Im sure your fine just be careful
