Great lifting mate. Not sure how much you weigh but that must be close to, if not over, body weight? Dan John has a great article on OHSs here danjohn . org/overhead . html (remove spaces). 15 reps with bodyweight is the goal!

Thanks! It's about 10lbs over bodyweight. I don't really train OHSQ much - x15 would be amazing!

It's a 1000lb-test bar. Unless you are thowing one end of it on the floor with all your might, it shouldn't bend w. 225.
