Norway spiral vortex Absolute Proof That EISCAT Can Create Spirals Over Tromso Norway .. Norway's Sky Spiral was reported to be visible for around 10 to 12 minutes & at a very low trajectory ... It now seems, from paperwork found, that this happening is built around EISCAT, operating an experiment named "Tequila Sunrise" ... An ICBM, unlike cruise missile or an SR-71, has a very steep angle of ascent, and comes down pretty steeply too ... ( Not what we see in the images) & doesn't have much of a heat signature on the way down ... Infra-Red images in videos show a Lot of Heat !!

@BlakGlasses Ignore the moron who replied to you. Essentially it is research into potential missile defence mechanisms. If you flew a missile through the layers of turbulent plasma generated in experiments such as this one in particular, the internals are fried and the missile loses trajectory. Additionally these experiments provide information which can improve communications primarily.

It is at 6:58 when EVERYTHING became clear. In the USA, we had a MANDATED switch over from air to cable TV, for NO beneficial reason. HAARP is the USA's EISET. The beams they use are RF, UHF & VHF air television frequencies, are supposed "harmful" to RF. Billion watts in the air make sky miracles, at the ground makes seismic activity.
