@MultiKingfish1 Exactly, another common misconception is that we must be replacing the 'God as a first cause' argument with another. They're unwilling to accept we're a species of limited intellect, that don't (and probably never will) have the answers to everything.

A common misconception with christians is that we are trying to disprove the existence of there god. We are simply looking at the lack of evidence and arriving at the conclusion that, according to logic and science, there is no god. We also look at the staggering evidence that points to our theory on how thing are and arrived at there present day state.
