I dont care what anyone says.....as amazing as Crawford was, Howard will ALWAYS be the Phantom to me. Saw him twice, and both were by far my best broadway experiences.

I've never seen him live in Phantom or anything, but the audiences love for him made me cry. I love curtain calls...
But this was heart wretching! :')

I saw Phantom of the Opera only once, and I had the priviledge of seeing him last year. its so sad to see him go!!!!!!!! you are truly the best Phantom out there! love you and God Bless.

Gah, these things always get me choked up. And the fact that they were playing the "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again" tune didn't help. I really wish I could have seen Howard live; he's one of my very favorites based on nothing but various video clips.

@audiesgirl that guy hogging the stage is pretty much the leader of the group because he has been with the show since its opening in 88. He has every right to "hog" the stage. Beside's he was giving a speech in honor of howard.
