A long day over the Pacific Ocean to get some great FSX simulated stock footage for our favorite television show. But we got 720p HD!

In my opinion, I've made noticeable gains in the aerial sequences and am much closer to duplicating the camera angles and maneuvers shot over the water as they were originally staged.

The fantastic N2044C "Santini Air" textures made for the equally detailed DodoSim JetRanger in this video are compliments of Andy "Manilow" Walker who can be reached over on the HoverControl flight sim forums. Alan Devins' original FS9 Bell 222 "Airwolf" is nicely retextured with kind compliments to Aaron Ensor. A massive tip of the hat also goes out to the engineering wizard "Marniftarr" and his amazing EZCA "EZDOK" camera utility. You can learn more about it at the Flight1 "EZDOK" software support forum. NickN's computer and FSX tweak guides also at SimForums are good. Real Environment Extreme (REX2), Tileproxy, and Orbx's "FSX Go" are all awesome extras.

Hope you enjoy the sequences! More to come!

  • No change to the cfg file. I just sped the film up a bit. The Devin's Airwolf is old, really old . . . but it still hangs in there!

  • CHair, How do you get the blades quick turns to work like yours instead of the old slow blade turning modes? Great job by the way ..Is it the aerodynamics or the cfg file or the air file? thanks

  • Fantastic as always. All I can say is I want to see more! - Aaron Ensor
