Prop 8 Overturned- Declared Unconstitutional

Dr. Barry McGwire gets a visit from Maggie Gallagher- the President of the National Organization for Marriage- or N.O.M. Another Judicial activist. Prop 8 was declared constitutional by the Calif Supreme Court & ONE man overturned the will of 7 million.

Why won't the media tell us the judge is a turd burglar himself?

Of course- making gay marriage legal in no way what so ever allows a minority to "rule" anyone. Legalizing gay marriage doesn't mean you have to marry the same sex- it's just an option for our homosexual friends. in fact, it's fair to say that if you're not gay- this ruling shouldn't affect you in any way (that is unless you care about people).

6-14-2011: Federal judge rules today that the rejection of Prop 8 by another federal judge in Aug 2010 was the correct decision.

You can't put unconstitutional measures up for a vote or enact them into law.
