Beat It - Cambridge University Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll Dance Team

The CUR'n'R Team performed in the annual CUCDW Dance Show at the ADC Theatre in January 2009. Dancing to a sped-up version of Michael Jackson's "Beat It", the piece featured a modern footwork section, followed by an acro-show-battle.

Varsity: "The Rock'n'Roll team defied gravity with their energy, turns and lifts, even finishing their dance with the famous "Dirty Dancing" lift. Patrick Swayze, eat your heart out."

The Cambridge Student: "An extreme dance set to a sped-up "Beat It" ended with the men spinning the women in the air, around their arms and any way gravity would let them. Breath-taking".
