  • @Levente20 Watch this better, in this presentation of VUE 9 by EON they describe a lot of things about vue, search this video: Vue 9 Video Presentation Siggraph 2010 by e-on software PART 1

I think yes it is compatible with vray and VUE is integrable with almost all 3d softweres as i heart from that guy in that presentation of VUE...

also do a search for this one to:

Vue 8 xStream Max 2010 Workflow Presentation

  • @BucciPhotography how is vue compatibe with vray? can i asaign vraymaterials to vue objects? is vraysun affecting the vue terrain and sky?

  • wow this is perfect :) I just bought VUE 8.5

3ds max is great but i love VUE because of its ready to use atmospheres, materials etc...

  • I think it's much better to make space scenes and planets in programmes like Blender, Cinema 4D or Max.

  • this should be a planet? what do you realy wanted to do? lol

  • I thought this was going to turn out not very nice looking, but then it turns into more of a piece of artwork than a realistic looking planet. I'll have to try this out when I get Vue 8 Complete for my birthday :D (My current Vue 8 Pioneer obviously doesn't have ecosystems.)

  • And the end result is supposed to be a planet?

  • thq

  • Hey, thanks a lot. I now know how to get rid of the pixel looking clouds, and how to add texture to my planets, and how to add plants and rocks to its surface easily. Thanks a lot. 5 Stars!

  • There might be some way to export maps, though I see it very unlikely - few games have their own map editors.
