This book is a gem; one of the only books to recognize that procrastination comes, not from laziness, but from anxiety. After reading it, I hired the author to help coach me in gaining admission to medical school at age 35. Highly recommended, and an excellent summary here. Philosopher's Notes are one of the best things to come along in a long time - a genius idea. There's no one who couldn't benefit from them - it's like having a "personal shopper" choose quality ideas that "fit." Bravo.
