Could the United States banking system really be ready to collapse?
Could millions of Americans lose half their savings overnight? Is the FDIC really insurance for your deposit or just another way the bankers steal your money? The answers to these questions and more.

  • I think it may have had more to do with the Patriot Act and its rules regarding large money movement. Just a thought.

  • @Stand4Liberty No question it may, however after posting this video I have had such a huge response about people going through the same thing. I am unaware of the Patriot Act causing 1 hour delays to get a bank cashiers check. Thanks for post.

  • I would like to clarify this old story that, "If you deposit $10, the bank loans $9." That's not quite how it works. If you deposit $10, the bank loans $90. That original $10 becomes their reserve for the $90.

Do you make more from loaning $9 or $90? Which do you think the Banks are going to do?

At the end of the calculated day, a bank will borrow if it needs to, from other banks or the Fed, to make up their reserve requirement.

  • @mersk100 Very good commentary, it can work either way, that is what my research shows. Thanks for the comment.

  • From 1979 to 1981, I worked as a teller at B O A. Some lady brought in a $26,000 check and wanted cash. Believe it or not, There isn't all that much cash at a everyday, ordinary bank, and a big withdrawl like that can cause problems. Managers tried to convince her to take a cashiers check, but she insisted. The "vault tellers" scrambled around and came up with the cash, but it did take them about an hour. I'm not saying banks are great, I got fired for breaking rules that I thought were stupid!

  • @randude1 That makes sense however I am talking about a cashiers check. They gave him te run around for almost an hour just to a get his own money out! Thanks for the post and lucky you that you no longer work for the financial terrorists.

  • the politicians are your enemy. don't trust the banks.the government is a mess. revolution is needed or america will die. we have been sold out.

  • I never had a problem at Chase bank. 10k-20k not a problem as a cashiers check. To think they have that kind of cash at every bank is stupid. They may have 5k max to run a branch office daily if you want 30k cash you need to make arrangements in advance for that!

  • @tgpdlp1 Start withdrawing now! On a daily basis.

  • @savgal1211 Where you get your funny facts from? Please pay attention: The Dow was at 14,200 in Oct 2007 while everyone was busy flipping houses and getting 2nd mortgages. It fell to 13,000 in only 6 weeks. Today, it's at 12,000 for no reason except 2 rounds of QE (Fed printing several billion $ a day and pumping it into the market) QE2 ended last month and market immediately starts to crack... Wild 100 to 200 pt swings every few days. The recovery bubble is about to burst. Time to go home.

  • @indignant99 Hence the above correction :)

  • @indignant99 Wowee sorry I have a very busy career and life and don't sit around studying the latest tax laws!! And you are dead wrong for cashing out! The market has come back fAR above where it crashed in 2008, so you Fucked up!! That is why I still have Physical Precious metals, and good growth OVERSEAS mutual funds in companies over a decade old, and I have cash in the Renminbi.. I

    Hedge"!

  • @savgal1211 What the hell does 65 have to do with it. The age for avoiding penalty is 59 1/2.

  • @mersk100 Actually, they loan $100. Keeping the original $10 is the 10% loan-reserve requirement.

  • I think that there will be acollapse of the dollar after the new earnings figures come out so Sep will see meltdown part 2 with no bail our money this time.

However , after thourogh analysis I conclude there will be lots of hot pussy out there in the UK looking for food and a bed...so it s not all bad... and why the hell are you buying real estate now when it s going to collapse?
