@modelmark The state is a just complex political formation formed because of growing demographics, specialization, class and envriomental preassue and need for protection and order. The state could protect and defend basic inftastructure, like irrigation channels etc.

Body is bound to you when you die the body also the dies no one can take your body or inherent it. A TV a house can just change hands. Private propety arose as an inovation to handle recources with a growing amount population counter demographic preassure.

The same reason we have the state. In fact the rule of law is the only thing that makes propety exist other wise it is just a claim the state have always protected private propety all back to Sumer.
