i have ONE question. what flavor of protein whey are you using. chocolate or vanilla???

i use vanilla. i find it to be more easy to work with than chocolate.. unless i want to do a reese's shake. =)

Thanks. I have a big container of chocolate and thats what I've always been choking down on for a while. My doc office hasn't even come up with this 'book' of protein recipes you said something about. I wish they did, cause its nausiating chugging that same crap down all the time. But thanks for the recipes....

the pudding mix is what made it taste like cake. but UGH. it was so sweet.
