@samuraikatana1 it works dat way, people just nvr bothered to tried. there are so MANY things on youtube about that. there was actually a rlly gud one, the parents sued the 12 yr old. (if ur underaged then the sue will go to the parents). the person bullied, also a 12 yr old suicide be4 the day they went to court, since he was the only witness, they dropped the case. dat is the real world. lol! dont be so negative, the world is not entirely made of a**holes, think ur watching too much movies.

@Arvic1212 File a lawsuit and get a restraining order? Grow up kid, it doesn't work that way. You think the police and court systems are going to waste their time dealing with high school bullying? No, they have other problems to deal with. They would just refer the student to school officials who also have full plates and would just assume look the other way. Not to mention many of these officials could have discriminatory opinions of homosexuals due to religious affiliation.

@samuraikatana1 y the **** would u expect for people to believe u if u do not have any proof. get some proof and go to court then file a lawsuit and a restraining order against them. sounds simple enough for u? bullying, according to law is a form of harassment, if u r over 16, u will most likely go to jail. if teachers dont believe u, the law will.
