  • is the fisheye actual made for the camera?

  • @pk4wildy No it's not

  • I have the Sanyo Xacti CA8, I think it's pretty much the same as the CA65, it can just to 60fps or something like that. But I have been looking for a wide angle lens for it for ages. I was wondering if the same lens might work for the CA8 if I mod it?

Have you noticed any interfearence from the magnets with the electrical circutry? Could post or email me the linkwhere you got the magnets from too please?

Great job on the lens mate, hope to have one on my CA8 soon!

  • Sorry for the Delay..No interference at all in the camera, and the magnets I bought them trhougt internet don't remember where but there are plenty of shops...

  • hi, please help me, I've just ordered the xacti ca65, but I would like to reach the same wide angle view as you; My question is: is it an "hand made system" or did you buy it? anyway...so coool; please in october I'll go to polinesia on honeymoon and I wish to capture some special immage. Please help me?

  • Well as you see in the video is everything explained, the system is handmade, the model of the wideangle is the one you see in the video SONY you can find it in every shop, and the magenets you have to look for them in a specialized shop i bought them from europe via internet, and i glued them with superglue, that's it.
