@Rodgerwilco91 He's smoking Dabs. It's basically concentrated THC oil. You get a Dab of it (which is solid if you're wondering) and place it on an extremely hot surface (hence the torch.) Since the Dab is almost pure THC, it gets you higher, a lot more efficiently (i.e taking the excess chemicals from the marijuana budd itself you may not want away).
