last night i changed out my headlight housings and go some new ones. I had my son Antheny install them for me while i filmed it. I plan on attempting a Projector retrofit but this will have to do for now until i get the time and money to try it. Im not sure i have the depth behind the housings to accomodate a projector but i will look into it. Yes, i know projectors are better, i dont need 100 people telling me. If you have a HID setup like mine and you aim it correctly not to bother other drivers, you should be fine. These are 7000k which is bright white with a hint of purple/blue but not too much. It doesnt attract any unwanted attention and i have NEVER been harrassed by police in 5 years of having them in my ride........that is with full time HID"s in the fog housings too (at night). So anyway, if you want more info on a GOOD set of HID's instead of that cheap ass Ebay crap, please hit up my website and click the FuturevisionHID link on the front page or in the forums! Email them and let em know you saw the youtube video! Bruno, the owner, knows everything there is to know about HID's and he will take good care of you! • your 7k h.i.ds are much more blue than my 6k h.i.ds are your ballasts digital??...they look great by the way.

  • nahhh bro they dont look that blue in person, the camera is exagerating it a little. I had 6000k before this and its not THAT drastic of a diff. Definitly not like the video though.

  • Seems like the right housing stick out past the grill. The left housing sits in a little bit into the grill.

  • they werent "aimed" or adjusted yet when the vid was taken. They came in quite a bit after dialing them in.

  • i think the corner lens have to go to and it would look nice with a chrome bumper valance instead of that stock black one.

  • nahh, color matched. Too much chrome is tacky. I only want it on my wheels nothing else
