  • Spinners are small dumplings made from dough. The dough is made from 225 grams ( ½ lb) all purpose flour, (not cake flour) 1/8 tsp. salt mixed in evenly with the flour and enough water to bind to make a smooth dough. Knead for about 1 to 2 minutes, cover and allow to relax for about 5 minutes. Pinch or cut small pieces of the dough, ( about 1 teaspoon) and roll between the palms of both hands for one second. They are ready in a short time.

  • @2007godchild lol!!!

  • doesn't frying the tofu defeat the purpose of cooking healthy???

  • u kno i must buy a pressure cooka i'm probably the only jamaican dat don't own one...chow

  • what are spinners? how are they made?

  • I would omit the spinners unless they are made with 100% whole wheat flour and then it would be very healthy but otherwise this is a wonderul looking dish!! And I'm making some right now in my crock pot at home while I'm at work. Making mine with smoked turkey wings :o)

  • that looks real good !
