This is being reported more and more...dogs being killed by police...and what this says to me is: Police these days do not respect LIFE. I think this is because in our societies there is a new emerging ANTI-LIFE trend. I suspect, though I can't verify it, that policemen like this feel inner rewards for being cruel, insensitive brutes. You don't kill a dog because it is barking at you, or even might bite you...this is evil behavior, to kill a dog because it's inconvenient or in your way.
