Carpet Cleaning in West Palm Beach, Fl

This video was shot a while back in an apartment complex in west palm beach, fl. The real estate agent and maintenance supervisor called me to see if I could save this carpet from replacement by a heavy cleaning or restoration as I like to call it. When I got there I was notified that the carpets had been filled with potting soil as there were many "plants" in the house. Cleaning carpets, for me, is a passion and especially so, when I come across something like this. There were many spots and stains they thought would not come out of the carpet. As always, I said "if I clean it and you still decide to replace it, I will refund your money." They did not need to replace the carpet and I was able to save them lots of money. After cleaning these carpets they were not only amazed by the out come but I have done many more "saves" for them. Great job!! one question. Im just now learning before i start my buisness out in california. noticed all steps. pre vacuum, spraying. The heat water extractor is that machine putting out water and then extracting? just want to make sure before purchasing a machine! Thanks!!
