nice job mate, I just listened to this on the sophisticated beggar album after many years and someone I hadn't thought for a very long time popped in to my head. right then I thought I must learn to play this one, its a great song and your cover of it is a great help to give me the push I need to get down to it, thanks!

hey thanks man. watching you has opened up a whole world. i never would have thought of hammering on the root bass note before. sounds great. sounds really roy. i've always thought of roy's music as inaccesible but you opened the door. can't thank you enough.

sounds pretty flawless to me. any thoughts on October 12th? i seem to play it about 5 different ways and none sound quite right. pretty sure it's DADGAD. what do you reckon? can you play it?

hi there, thanx for the kind comment - been havin a go at Roy's stuff for years on n off - if u havent already check out 'Litegauge's vids, he's xcellent and ive learned a thing or two from him - 'frozen moment' is one chord from start to finnish and i dont think it would work on a simple acoustic set up - layered vocal and guitar etc..from one of Roy's finest albums of his latter career i think - i love his early stuff but there are some gems in nearly all his albums! happy learning!:-)
