@dirtbikeflipper You are right, there are height restrictions, but it is not because 9/11. They have been in place since they first built the city.

@MrStubbja it's a big city but the buildings arent as tall due to the strict hight restricions after 9/11...

@MrStubbja It is an okay city, some parts are great, then a block away it gets really bad. It is pretty big. Never actually went to the top of the Washington Monument but I was around there and was all around the National Mall. Sorry about this 3 month old answer.
