We were at the testing the new Elan Amphibio ski at Belleayre Mountain. This ski fits like your shoes, it has a left and a right foot. It's the brainchild of Bill Irwin, the design visionary who was so instrumental in the development of shaped skis. Is this the greatest thing since shaped skis? They made skiing so much easier that even a clumsy wannabe like me took up the sport at an advanced age and got good at it. Only time will tell, but from the reviews the ski got in this video, it is off to a good start. Another RadXSports video with host Tony Lanza.

  • @klicker6111 We don't get to pick the snow conditions. The demo was scheduled in advance. We had to accept the snow we had. This isn't the last word on the Amphibio , but it is one of the first.
