I have to give a speach in front of my class and read 3 pages out loud to them..I'm started to get worried because I every time I read out loud.. I get a shortage of breath, I start shaking, my heart pumps like it's about to explode, my voice sounds different, my eyes start to tear, everything bad happens to me.. I'm not antisocial, I love talking with my friends, but when it comes to reading a passage out loud... I become resly frightened.. What should I do, why is this happening to me?
