Negative Pressure Supercharging which is the same as Vacuum Supercharging makes the 62 360ci Dodge accelerate from 0-100kph (62mph) in 5sec like a race car but run smooth like a modern family car with better fuel mileage and much lower emissions.

Keep in mind the 62 Dodge is a heavy vehicle, uses a 3 speed gearbox with a 1st gear ratio equal to the 2nd gear of 5-6 speed gearboxes, 2000 stall, 3.2 diff, short runner intake and gets 25mpg with carburetion.

Therefore, by adding a 4-6 speed gearbox, lower diff gears (3.9-4.1) and long runner intake with NPS the 360 Dodge will accelerate even faster from 0-100kph (62mph) in 3-4sec and get 30mpg with carburetion or 35mpg with fuel injection.

Acceleration and fuel mileage can be improved even further! By adding the NPS 360 and above performance gear to a lighter vehicle it will accelerate even faster again from 0-100kph (62mph) in 2-3sec and further increase fuel mileage to 33-38mpg.

This is much faster acceleration and 50-100% better fuel mileage than today's high rpm horsepower engines that use fuel injection and the above performance gear.

Note the 360 was idling at 500rpm when we floored it but in the 5sec 0-100kph video we floored it after 1sec to prevent wheel spin.

  • You fail to mention your 04 Dodge truck has a 505ci V10, 6 speed, 4.1 diff, long runner intake and high stall that our 360ci Dodge Dart does NOT have. You overlook the fact if your truck used a 3 speed, 3.2 diff, short runner intake and low 2000 stall like our Dart your truck would be lucky to do 10sec 0-62mph. You also fail to mention your gas guzzling truck gets only 12mpg with EFI and o/d whereas our Dart gets 25mpg (100% more) with a carby/3 speed and 35mpg (200% more) with EFI and o/d.

  • lol !!..at any rate,i thought the design had merits..have you sold any of these kits yet?

im calculating 250 horse and 300-320 pounds of torque from a good rebuild anyways..on a solid 360 at 9-1 comp...so..i get the heat part..the theory is its the same power just much lower rpm and the torque doubles why doesnt the hp go up as well....id like to see what this system would do on my 97 dodge fullsize 2wd gas guzzling pig..i really would.

  • my trucks as fast as that... you need more power
