Storytelling our Lives 2006

http://puentetheatre.ca http://icavictoria.org http://teripetz.com Storytelling our Lives was a theatre play in 2006, co-produced by PUENTE Theatre and ICA , (Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria). The play looks at the lives of immigrant women. It is 82 minutes of dynamic performance of theatre, art and music. Real-life stories of immigrant women are given shape on stage by five professional actors and a chorus of twenty women from the community using music, dance and mask. Originally created and performed by PUENTE Theatre in 2003 under the direction of Lina De Guevara.
