Guy on the scooter did everything right...He looked to check if it's safe to stay on this lane, He used his brakes to slow down and to avoid the accident, Didn't have shoes on so he will not forget to stay away from hot asphalt / street, his scooter is very well balanced to stay away from all the traffic in case of an accident.
On other hand, driver is clearly distracted by driving fast and looking at the brake lights. BAD DRIVER!!!
