Tobi might be a zetsu with madaras DNA or a high chance that he is the elder son of the sage. he is definetly not obito.

I think Tobi is just a zetsu with madaras memories or sumthin, in the new episode his are, which is pasty white, falls or drips off after being hit.

in the recent chapter released today he refers to himself as "no one"
and says naruto and bee could call him madara or tobi.
