This was last nights Q701 which had tied down at Rhinecliff in front of Q431. Both trains missed their alotted window of 0300 at Poughkepsie, when they reached Barrytown, 19 miles away at that time.
This was an extremely rare daylight appearance. This location was made famous long ago in New York Central times.
Unfortunately, at 1440 the sun is HIGH ANGLE, but what can you do?
