This map is a little hard because you don't really have much ammo so you have to stick to your fist in the beginning. I kind of thought that I won't make it under the 10-minutes limit but I did it.
1.) If you go to the right door first you'll notice a green wall which lowers and releases 3 Imps, then you can see another one which doesn't lower, so lower it by yourself and get 8 Shotgun Shells.
2.) Behind the big door which requires both keys from you, go through the next door and you should be outside of that building. Kill all the Imps and check the sides of the stairs you're standing on, on one side there's a small cave with a switch in it. This switch makes one of the 2 stone pillars go higher than before. Next, go up the elevator and go inside the building again, then walk into the room on your right. Then run through the "window" in the corner so you land on the round pillar. Then run over the smaller stone pillar onto some hard-to-see steps and finally grab the Rocket Launcher.
3.) Pressing the switch at 08:18 opens the pathway to the end but also reveals a secret little room to the right of the red key switch. Inside is a Backpack, 8 Shotgun Shells and 2 Stimpacks.
To the wad itself, I think the idea of it is pretty cool.
It has 24 Maps + 1 Secret Map. In every stage there is only 1 type of monsters. I'll list which stage contains which enemy:
3 Sergeants (or Shotgun Zombies)

5 Demons (or Pinkies; Bull Demons etc)
6 Imps (again)
8 Sergeants (again)
9 Lost Souls
10 Pain Elementals
12 Barons of Hell
13 Chaingunners (or Commandoes)

16 Mancubi (or Fatsoes)
17 Chaingunners (again)
18 Hell Knights
23 Archviles (again)
24 Icon of Sin (only the head, no spawning enemies)
31 Nazis (or Wolfenstein SS)
