  • I only got to the part where he pointed that if men should have no opinion on abortion then Roe v Wade is irrelevant because it was decided by men. He completely destroyed that argument in 5 seconds.

  • I like how they just left the sister crying on the floor!

  • Irrelevant. Pregnancy is SOLELY a women attribute. Both men and women can have siblings, but a man can not have an abortion or get pregnant, therefor this argument is irrelevant.

  • you should start a tv show

  • @philochristos

the fetus is a parasite---so why should a parasite, like a tapeworm (another organism) have a right to use your body against YOUR WILL AND LEGAL RIGHTS?

  • Hahaha, BRAVO BRAVO! Great video!!

  • I think this video should be re-though in the context of a thought experiment known as "the violinist" put forward by philosopher Judith Thompson.

If the thought experiment shows that a woman has AUTONOMY over the violinist similarly for the fetus.

So in short, it's not about if it's a 'womans issue' but more if it's a 'woman's right.'

So the video is simply discussing something that really isn't at the crux of any contemporary debate.

  • Even if this argument were to stand up to logical scrutiny its conclusion would still be invalid. Like all humans I was once an unborn child and as a former unborn child who knows pain, fear, oppression, and injustice I have standing in this argument.

  • @FeministSoldier No, it's that the argument men can not judge morally wrong behavior of women (eg abortion) because they are not women is childish -not to mention that it's the Bulverism fallacy.

  • @philochristos Thanks.
