HOW do they DO this??! Zing Zang Zoom Circus Illusion

Ringling Bros. and Barnun& Bailey circus in Greensboro. Took this through my binoculars, still trying to figure out how they did this!!!

I am a pro clown and used to be a magician it is the base that is a key element in lots of tricks to the audience it seems small but it can hold a person very comfortable underneath it

Then i decided I was gonna have a little fun with the uniformed... anyway I worked for the circus at the time of those comments so i couldve gotten fired for actually revealing the secret.

Its a combination of fake blades and mirrors, reflecting the sides opposite to them... Houdini used a similar method in his elephant disappearing act.

Im a magician...

It's all smoke and mirrors.... I can see a few times where they mess up actually. If you knew more about devices like this it'd be blatantly obvious to you too. They all have the same gimmick, they are all just placed differently.
