ohhhh gyus , i was 17yrs old and i was there !!! that was the pinnacle of Pantera IMHO ..i mean years from 92 to 96/97

Unfortunatley for me, i didn't get to see the live. i was travelling India when dime was murdered. i made a memorial day for him and i played Pantera for a whole week. in the face of all of the tree huggers that can't stand metal. for me dime is the greatest metal guitarist ever. sure, there are faster player that went to fancy schools and know everything that there is to know theoretically (myself, for instance), but nobody played metal like dime.

I will be eternally grateful that I got to see them about 10 times when I was a kid. Dime was simply the best metal guitarist of my era, hands down. Got my ass kicked so many times in the Pit to these guys. Pure and utter adrenaline and chaos when Pantera was onstage. RIP Dime, they won't make another like you man.
